make such multiple paper cones. now, take the circular cardboard measuring 15 cm diameter and apply glue on it. then, paste and arrange the cones on this circular cardboard. we need to arrange the cones in 3 layers as shown. this is how it looks after the arrangement. it has already taken the shape of a flower. now take a yellow color paper and measure 5 cm length and 3 cm width on it. cut along this measurement. we will be requiring 48 such pieces measuring 3 * 5 cm apply glue on one of the edges and roll the paper to give it the shape of a cone.

these cones will be smaller as compared to the pink ones. repeat the same process with all the other pieces. now take these cones and arrange them after the third layer of arrangement as shown. we need to make a 4 layer arrangement to complete the flower. wow!! your beautiful dahlia flower for home decor is now ready. you can use this paper flower as a home decor or also during the festive season as a festoon. please share your experiences and feedback with us. thanks for watching and happy crafting!!
